Our participatory approach demonstrates that group effectiveness increases when people involved originate plans themselves.  We support others to enable them to do their best work. We design and customize our work collaboratively with partners to meet our client’s needs.

How We Operate -

The Technology of Participation (ToP)®, a unique method of facilitation that is the cornerstone of our consulting and facilitation practice.  We are Certified ToP Facilitators and Mentor Trainers in the Technology of Participation (ToP) methods which are enhanced by other group and organizational processes.
