Participants in the ToP Facilitation Methods course learn to enhance individual and team results, improve organizational effectiveness, produce exemplary service performance by learning three proven methods that are the foundation of the Technology of Participation (ToP): The Focused Conversation Method, The Consensus Workshop Method and The Action Planning Method.
TSP - ToP Strategic Planning - $645.00
The highly effective ToP Strategic Planning method provides a structured, participatory process for articulating the priorities of an organization based on a long-term vision and definition of strategic directions. It uses the Workshop Method for building consensus, the Focused Conversation Method for effective group communication and an implementation planning process for turning ideas into action and concrete time lined accomplishments.
ToP - Secrets of Implemtation - $645.00
Participants gain an understanding of the ups and downs of the implementation journey, learn ways to initiate dynamic plans, sustain momentum, review and reposition and bring closure to projects.
Facilitation Conciliation: Beyond Conflict Management - $645.00
The course offers an alternative to an adversarial approach of dealing with disputes and offers a way of finding the best and most lasting solution by moving deeper into the issues and directly involving the people who may be holding those fixed positions or negotiating from bases of power.
Facilitation Graphics - $350.00
Participants will learn about the power of visual images in aiding communication in a group setting and ways to enhance their own facilitation and training through the use of simple images and designs. You do not need to be an artist to attend.

Discounts
The fee for the Technology of Participation two-day workshops is $645.00 per person. These fees include a comprehensive workbook and program instruction.
When full payment or purchase order is received three weeks or more in advance, you can receive a discounted fee of $595.00 for a two-day course (or $295.00 for a one-day lab.) Scholarship assistance may be available in special circumstances. Please contact Dennis Jennings. (link to email).
Group Discount
When four enroll form one organization at the same course location and date, the first three pay $645.00 each and the fourth person attends free. Please call Dennis Jennings for information on group discounts - 773-769-9266
Cancellation
Cancellation refunds may be received up to 21 days prior to each course less a $75.00 processing fee. Cancellation received less than 21 days prior to a course will be subject to full payment. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. Any other arrangements must be negotiated directly with the local registrar.
