There is an undeniable trend toward group participation and involvement in problem solving, planning and decision-making. (ToP)® Facilitation is available in the US in both English and Spanish. The ToP Network also trains individuals and organizations in this participatory facilitation approach. ToP Facilitators help our clients address issues of organizational performance, alignment and conflict through participatory planning processes that break through entrenched patterns and routines.
